Satisfaction Guarantee, Warranty, Return and Exchange Policies

At Premier Eye Care and Surgery, Ltd we understand that life happens, and we want you to feel comfortable when purchasing glasses or contact lenses from us. The Premier Eye Care warranty has you taken care of.

Our Eyewear warranty includes:

● Protection from accidental damage and manufacturers defects.

● Free cleanings and adjustments.

NOTE: Adjustments made to glasses over a year old are at patients own risk.

Your new frame is under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. We will replace your damaged or unrepairable frame twice within that year at no charge.

Scratched Lenses are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase when anti-reflective treatment is purchased. We will replace your lenses twice at no charge.

Doctors’ changes to the prescription need to be made within 90 days from the date of purchase.

If you don’t like your frames and would like to restyle within 30 days of picking up your glasses, we will replace your frame with another of equal or lesser value. There will be a 50% charge on new lenses.

We want you to love your new glasses and we will make every effort to stand behind the products we sell. However, because these products are custom made just for you, we do not offer refunds.

Vision insurance (VSP) Policy

If your vision insurance plan provided your frame and lenses, your warranty is determined by that plans policy. VSP offers a one time replacement on frame and lenses that have certain lens options. Ask for details that apply.

Contact Lens Policy:

Please note that our contact lens fitting and evaluation fee is in addition to our regular exam fee and is not covered by insurance plans. The fitting fee covers the measurements, evaluation, and vision testing for the contact lens that your doctor prescribed.  Trial lenses are also covered under this fee. This fee is due at the time of service.

We will gladly exchange or provide store credit for unopened, unmarked and undamaged boxes of contacts within a year from the date of purchase.
